The production process of water bottle blow molding mold mainly includes the following steps:
1. Design the mold: design the structure and size of the mold according to the shape and size requirements of the water bottle. Mold design is usually carried out using computer aided design software.
2. Make mold core cavity: Make mold core cavity according to mold design drawings. High hardness metal materials, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, are usually used for precision machining by CNC machine tools.
3. Make mold core: Make mold core according to mold design drawings. The mold core is usually the internal cavity part of the mold, and is also made of high-hardness metal materials.
4. Assemble the mold: Assemble the mold core cavity and mold core to form a complete mold structure. The mold core cavity and the mold core are usually fixed together by threading or bolts.
5. Debugging mold: Install the assembled mold on the blow molding machine for debugging. During the debugging process, parameters such as the opening and closing speed, temperature and pressure of the mold need to be adjusted to ensure the forming effect of the water bottle.
6. Production of water bottles: After commissioning, the mold can be used for mass production of water bottles. In the production process, the plastic particles are heated and melted, and then the melted plastic is blown into the mold through the blowing mechanism, and after cooling, the water bottle is formed.
7. Mold maintenance: Regular maintenance and maintenance of the mold, including cleaning the mold, repairing the damaged part of the mold and replacing the worn mold parts. This can extend the service life of the mold and ensure the production quality.

A: lt usually takes 25 days ~ 45 days stamping dies such as deep drawing dies according to different products, much more complicated products will take longer time for example approx.. 45 days.
Q3: Do you have a minimum order quantity limit?
A: The minimum order quantity is low, and 1pc sample is available for quality inspection
Q4: How do you deliver sample goods and how long does it take to arrive?
