The manufacturing process of religious plastic boxes can be divided into the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Select a suitable plastic material, such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), and process it into pellets or sheets.

2. Mold design and manufacturing: design and manufacture suitable molds according to the shape and size requirements of religious plastic boxes.

3. Plastic injection molding: Put pre-heated plastic particles or sheet materials into the hopper of the injection molding machine, melt them through heating and pressure, and inject the melted plastic into the mold through the injection device.

4. Cooling and curing: After injection molding is completed, it usually takes a certain amount of time for the plastic to cool and cure in the mold.

5. Release and dressing: After cooling and curing, open the mold, take out the plastic products, and then carry out the necessary dressing, such as removing the residual material, trimming the edge, etc.

6. Surface treatment: According to the need, the religious plastic box surface treatment, such as spray color, printing pattern or label.

7. Inspection and packaging: After quality inspection of the products to ensure that they meet the requirements, packaging and identification are carried out for transportation and sales.
