Fully automatic washing machine is to pre-set a program on the computer board, choose one of the programs when washing, just turn on the faucet, start the washing machine switch. The washing machine will automatically recognize and control the water level, and accurately complete the functions of soaking-rinsing-dehydration-automatic drainage, and automatically stop when the washing is completed and the buzzer sounds.

The automatic washing machine is controlled by the water level switch and the electromagnetic inlet valve to control the water intake, drainage and motor on/off, so as to achieve automatic control. The electromagnetic inlet valve plays the role of opening and cutting off the water source. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the moving core is tightly pressed against the rubber diaphragm under the action of gravity and spring force, and the small hole in the center of the diaphragm is blocked, so that the valve is closed and the water flow is blocked. When the solenoid coil is energized, the moving core moves up under the action of magnetic force, leaves the diaphragm, and opens the center hole of the diaphragm, so that the water above the diaphragm flows into the laundry bucket through the center hole. Since the flow capacity of the central pores is greater than that of the small holes on both sides of the diaphragm, the pressure above the diaphragm decreases rapidly, and the diaphragm will move up under the action of the pressure difference, open the door closed, and conduct the water flow.

Secondly, when the clothes are put into the washing liquid, due to the slow movement of inertia, there is a speed difference between the water flow and the clothes, so that the two move relative to each other, and the water flow and the clothes will have relative friction, and this water flow washing force also helps the dirt to leave the clothes. Again, due to the irregular shape of the laundry gushe, when the swirling water meets the barrel wall, its speed and direction change, forming turbulence. Under the action of turbulence, the clothes move irregularly and tumble, and the fibers are constantly bent, twisted buttons are stretched, and the clothes rub against each other, increasing the effective area of washing and improving the uniformity of washing clothes.

A water level switch is actually a pressure switch. The inlet of the air chamber is connected to the gas chamber in the laundry bucket. When the water is injected into the laundry bucket, the mouth of the gas storage chamber is quickly closed, as the water level rises, the water level of the gas storage chamber also rises, the air pressure of the closed air also increases, the corrugated diaphragm 2 in the water level switch is pressed and expands, pushing the top rod 3 to move and change the contact 4, so as to realize automatic on-off.

The degree of dirtiness of clothing is judged by the transparency of the water. Add an infrared photoelectric sensor to the drain of the laundry bucket so that the infrared light enters the receiving pipe on the other side through the water. If the transparency of the water is low, the light energy obtained by the receiving tube is small, indicating that the clothes are dirty.

Piezoelectric sensors are used for dewatering. When the height of the dewatering barrel rotates, the water ejected from the dewatering barrel acts on the piezoelectric sensor, and according to this pressure change, the dewatering operation is automatically stopped.
